1 — Service Scope
PlanSight provides a facility record intelligence platform for organizing drawings, project history, asset information, and related facility documentation. Specific deliverables, services, and implementation support may be defined in separate proposals or agreements.
2 — Authorized Use
Users agree to access PlanSight only for legitimate business, facility, planning, or documentation purposes. Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operations, or upload content they do not have rights to use.
3 — Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of their facility records, drawings, documents, project files, and related data. PlanSight may process this information only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the platform and related services.
4 — Government & Federal Use
PlanSight may be used by government, healthcare, and facility organizations subject to additional security, privacy, procurement, and authorization requirements. Federal or VA use may require an approved deployment model, agency review, or separate agreement.
5 — Compliance Status
Unless stated in a signed agreement, PlanSight is not FedRAMP Authorized, VA ATO-approved, or certified under a specific framework. Requirements depend on use case, data type, hosting, and authorization path.
6 — Security & Access
PlanSight uses reasonable safeguards to protect customer information. Customers are responsible for managing user access, protecting credentials, and notifying PlanSight of suspected unauthorized use.
7 — Intellectual Property
PlanSight retains ownership of its platform, software, workflows, interface, documentation, and related intellectual property. Customer drawings, records, and project data remain the property of the customer or authorized owner.
8 — Payment Terms
Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are defined in the applicable proposal, order form, or service agreement. Additional services, expanded scope, or custom support may require separate approval.
9 — Third-Party Services
PlanSight may integrate with third-party tools, hosting providers, or document systems. Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, availability, and security practices.
10 — Limitation of Liability
PlanSight is intended to support facility documentation, planning, and decision-making. Customers remain responsible for verifying information before relying on it for design, construction, operations, procurement, or compliance decisions.
11 — Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the applicable agreement. Upon termination, access to the platform may be suspended, and customer data export or retention will follow the terms of the active agreement.
12 — Updates to Terms
PlanSight may update these terms as the platform, services, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the platform after updates means the revised terms apply.
